I am writing on behalf of the Tenterden & District Residents Association (TDRA) to object to this planning application for the following reasons:
The proposal will result in the over-development of the site leading to a detrimental effect to the character of the surrounding landscape and locality.
The loss of open space between the existing buildings and neighbouring property will have a negative visual impact to the streetscape setting.
