19/01669/AS – Proposal: Redevelopment to form 53 apartments for older people (60 years of age and/or partner over 55 years of age), guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping (amended plans) at Smallhythe House, Tawny Bank, Oakengates, Woodberry and Micken Lodge, Smallhythe Road, Tenterden, Kent TN30 7LN
I am writing on behalf of the Tenterden & District Residents Association (TDRA) to reiterate our previous objections to this planning application as they remain valid despite the recent amendments to this application.
We would like to add the following to our previous objections:
- We are concerned about the lack of parking provision for this proposal and the impact of this to surrounding roads and traffic.
- As with others, we are concerned that we were not informed of the recent amendments made to this application and were made aware of them by local residents.
