I am writing on behalf of the Tenterden & District Residents Association (TDRA) to comment on this application for the following reason:
Although we support good modern design and recognize the sustainability credentials and low visual impact of the proposal, we are concerned one of the most sensitive AONB and Conservation Area designations in Tenterden and therefore any development in this area should be treated with caution and only permitted in exceptional circumstances, to do otherwise would set a harmful precedent.
