I am writing on behalf of Gill and Alan Topley who reside at the above address, regarding the impact to their property as a result of the planned TENT 1A development. It appears that they have written on several occasions querying the proposed removal of mature trees along their site boundary and the inevitable impact to their views. They do not appear to have had a formal response to their letters, and are frustrated and disappointed their points do not seem to have been addressed.
I would like a formal response from Ashford Borough Council to their queries in the attached correspondence, namely the possibility of retaining some or all of the mature trees surrounding their site.
