Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
The 38th AGM of TDRA will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 21st May 2025 in the coffee shop at EC30 (building adjacent to Ivy Court Surgery).
In the absence of any volunteers coming forward to act as Trustees and Committee Members from the March appeal to members and Tenterden residents, the Trustees have decided the AGM will include a proposal to wind down the affairs of the Association and distribute the remaining assets to a small number of local charities during 2025.
A full set of Annual General Meeting papers will be available here on the Association website by no later than Monday 12th May 2025.
Members are invited to join the Committee for wine and sandwiches at the conclusion of the meeting.
